Junior Territory Services Analyst

About the position

The Junior Territory Services Analyst role manages and leads all day to day operations of all infrastructure and systems for the local country/territory operations and provides first, second level systems support in alignment and partnership with the Senior Territory Services Manager.
This position is responsible for all local territory day to day users support (e.g. desktop, equipment provisioning, Outlook, MS Office, break/fix, etc.) in conjunction with SPE’s Global Service Desk (GSD) either as first, second level support.

Sony Pictures Television Central Europe is looking for a

Log Coordinator

About the position

Our Traffic team is part of the Traffic and Commercial Operations Department and our everyday challenge is to create the final transmission schedule for the regional Sony Pictures Television channels (AXN, SONY, Viasat) that the viewers can see onscreen at home. The Log Coordinator uses a specific scheduling system to fill breaks between the programs with numerous on-air elements/ interstitials such as sponsorships, idents, fillers, warning boards, popups that create the final playlist.
You will join a team of 12 but you will also be in contact with many of our departments. The position reports directly to the Traffic Manager.

Core responsibilities

  • Produce the daily Presentation Schedules for regional channels accurately according to the rules of scheduling and break structure
  • Ensure the advanced and final presentation schedules are delivered on time
  • Daily promo list communication with Promotion Production department
  • Prepare all non-promo elements in Presentation Schedule and ensure schedule is sent to Media Planners on time
  • Link promotion and presentation items into the Vision scheduling system database by working closely with Promotion Production team
  • Liaise with Commercial Operations and Ad Sales departments to reflect changes in the schedule for advertising or sponsorship spots
  • Solve scheduling problems by working closely with the Traffic Supervisors or/and Traffic Manager

Requirements

About the position

The Media Asset Manager will support and manage On-air Promo Production project & asset management systems and will be responsible for overseeing the creative services asset management business process. Marketing Manager

About the position

The role is to assist and enable clients to promote Sony programs and feature films as efficiently and effectively as possible in coordination with Line Manager. In conjunction with clients/broadcasters’ agreements, support client bespoke marketing campaigns execution for prime-time, strip series, feature film packages and library features and series deals.
Supports Line manager in coordinating various campaigns and assist in Sony sponsored special events (e.g. client screenings, launch parties, local conventions, television festivals).
Responsible for executing best in class marketing campaigns and activities for Sony owned linear channels as well as for digital products (SVOD) by using a blend of the latest marketing tools combined with the market knowledge and strong creative sentiment. Helps in building brand awareness combined with driving acquisition processes in the sales funnel direct to consumer, as well optimizing partnerships with affiliates, handset manufacturers and other third-party partnerships.

Core responsibilities

  • Support B2B pre-sales and marketing efforts for filmed entertainment and television product.
  • Execute the on-going B2B2C marketing aspects of existing and future license agreements in territory.
  • Work with team to develop marketing assets to enhance SPT content in market. Liaise daily with London, Culver City to obtain assets. Liaise with regional Sales Executives to create sales presentations.
  • Supports Line Manager in coordinating various campaigns and assist in Sony sponsored special B2B/B2C events (e.g. private screenings, launch parties, local conventions, television festivals).
  • Supports Line Manager in coordinating Home Entertainment activities with partners to execute B2B2C campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups across Sony Pictures divisions including Theatrical, Home Ent, Mobile, PlayStation, Content distribution and Networks.
  • Perform other marketing duties and/or special projects as assigned.
  • Execute marketing strategy and achieve marketing objectives in terms of reach and awareness.
  • Works closely with sales, PR and research teams to implement integrated b2c marketing campaigns (creative briefing, development, approvals, campaign execution and on-going campaign optimization)
  • Participate in local B2C campaign related activities planning (annual planning, annual media buying).
  • Track marketing budget in Hungary & assigned region with management of vendor and PO related tasks.
  • Track barter initiatives across the assigned region with managing a transparent, day-to-date and up-to-date documented cash/ barter contracts and marketing investments per partners tracking.

Requirements

Content Coordinator

About the position

The Content Coordinator coordinates information flow between program planning, content production and versioning studios for secure broadcasting of all Sony Pictures Television channels (AXN, SONY and Viasat) in the Central European region.

Core responsibilities

  • You are responsible for chasing and collecting content materials (such as series, films, subtitles, etc.) through providing their up or downloading
  • You ensure that our QC team (who are responsible for the quality of the content (sound and picture) gets all the materials in time and also follow-up their work in order to provide all the films and series are ready for broadcasting in time
  • You constantly keep contact with dubbing studios to collect information regarding dubbing process
  • You liaise with our Program Planning and Scheduling Teams if any delay is expected or any material is missing in order they have enough time to re-design daily/weekly/monthly program plans
  • You are in everyday contact with our UK broadcasting station to provide them all the necessary materials for on-time broadcasting
  • You administer all your task precisely and clearly and sometimes you create reports and analysis regarding the process

What we are looking for in you?

  • You have intermediate level of English knowledge – all our tools and materials are in English and you have to communicate in English on a daily basis with our internal and external partners
  • You can organize and coordinate all your tasks properly and you are not afraid of handling many different workflows at the same time
  • Your best friends are Excel and Outlook (+ maybe Access)

Cherry on top:

  • You basically understand TV operation: program planning, content post production, versioning
  • You have working knowledge of current broadcast video, audio and subtitle file formats
